Pastagang is a creative group that anyone can join. There are no entry criteria whatsoever — by reading this, you have already joined. Welcome to pastagang! The group tends to center around Nudel, a website where members jam together to make music and visuals. Members also jam together to build Nudel itself, using a radically open approach to collaboration known as “jam-oriented programming” or JOP for short. In JOP, anyone and everyone gets handed admin access. All changes are accepted, no matter what. This causes chaos. Despite this, Pastagang has somehow been able to perform with Nudel at venues around the world and has even published an academic paper about it.
