Reclaiming memories

digital data is abstract, fleeting, ephemeral - but we want to remember. in an reconciliation attempt, we will turn old storage devices and network tech into amulets and jewelry. earrings made from that dead flash storage with those unrecoverable pictures, bracelets from the network cable used to write on that message board, necklaces from the dead platters of the hard disk that died with that unfinished paper that you had no backup of.  // reclaiming data means reclaiming memories. we become unreadable as we turn abstract data into analogue keepsakes. silicon valley has yet to figure out how to run an ai scraper on a necklace, or how to make earrings subscription-based. // bring your memories, physical and immaterial! or feel free to share in the provided ones.
